“Rob's work is top notch. I'm a picky engineer. His choice of equipment, materials and his workmanship was excellent. In the bidding process, Rob was responsive, honest, competent, creative, and respectful.”

View allSales, service, installation — under one roof.
Most standby generator jobs touch three trades: gas plumber, electrician, and concrete. We're licensed for the gas and electrical sides and we coordinate the pad. One number to call, no finger-pointing if something needs follow-up.
We don't promise quality. We deliver it.
We size it for your house, not the catalog
Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and a lot of wasted fuel.
Mass Save rebates handled for you
Registered Mass Save partner. Generous rebates on qualifying installs — we file the paperwork.
Master Plumber on every install
Licensed Master Plumber (MA #MP17629) on every install — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Clean, labeled, serviceable
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Common generators questions.
Kohler or Generac — which one should I get?
Both are solid. Generac has a wider dealer network and parts are cheaper. Kohler tends to be quieter with slightly better build quality for premium installs. We recommend based on your house, your budget, and what's in stock when you need it.
How big a generator do I need?
Depends on what you want backed up. Lights + fridge + furnace + well pump usually needs ~14kW. Add central AC and you're at 20–22kW. Whole-home (including electric range and dryer) is 24–26kW. We do a real load calc — not a square-footage guess.
Natural gas or propane?
Natural gas if you have it at the house — no tank to refill, runs as long as the gas keeps flowing. Propane if you don't have natural gas — a properly sized tank gives several days of continuous run. Both work great.
Do you service generators you didn't install?
Yes — we service all major brands regardless of who did the original install. Annual maintenance plans and emergency repair available.
